A. At its discretion, the city council may permit the chief in conjunction with the public works director, to locate, designate, and approve taxicab stands, which will be available for the exclusive use of city approved taxicabs.
B. Established taxicab stands shall be in operation twenty four (24) hours of every day, unless otherwise provided by the chief.
C. No taxicab will remain standing unless it is attended by a driver, except when necessary to assist passengers in loading or unloading. (Ord. 2434 § 1, 2000)
