5.64.090: TRANSFER PROHIBITED:
No permit issued under this chapter shall be sold, transferred, assigned, mortgaged or otherwise conveyed without the prior consent of the city council. Any sale, transfer, assignment, mortgage or otherwise conveying any such permit without the prior consent of the city council will render the permit automatically void. (Ord. 2434 § 1, 2000)
