Any decision of the chief to deny a driver's permit may be appealed to the city council. An appeal shall be filed with the city clerk, within ten (10) business days following notice of denial, and shall state the grounds upon which review is sought. The appeal hearing will be scheduled for hearing and the city council will render a decision all within fourteen (14) days of the filing of the appeal with the city clerk. (Ord. 2434 § 1, 2000)
