5.60.210: DEFENSES:

Nothing in this chapter shall prevent a criminal prosecution for any violation of the provisions of this chapter nor shall any legal action taken under the provisions of this chapter prevent or preclude the collection of any fees or taxes due under any other division, chapter, or article of this code.
