5.60.200: USE OF CERTIFICATE BY ANOTHER PERSON UNLAWFUL:

It is unlawful for any solicitor, peddler or itinerant salesman to transfer, loan or permit the use by any other person of a certificate of registration issued under provisions of this chapter. (Prior code § 41305:4)
