It is unlawful for any solicitor, peddler or itinerant salesman to peddle or solicit before the hour of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. of any day, or after the hour of six o'clock (6:00) P.M. of any day; provided, that he may peddle or solicit at other hours if in answer to a specific appointment previously made.
