5.60.160: REVOCATION; REAPPLICATION:
No certificate of registration shall be issued to any person who has had a certificate revoked pursuant to this chapter, except upon the applicant's applying to the council of the city and the council's authorizing the issuance of the certificate. (Prior code § 41303:8)
