5.60.080: MERCHANTS WITH FIXED LOCATIONS:
The provisions of this chapter shall not be held to include the acts of merchants with fixed and permanent locations within the city nor to their employees while delivering goods or doing services in the regular course of business. (Prior code § 41302:2:2)
