5.60.070: VENDORS ON ESTABLISHED ROUTES:
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to vendors of milk, bakery products, groceries, or ice or other vendors who distribute their products to regular customers on established routes, nor shall it apply to newsboys. (Prior code § 41302:2:1)
