5.60.060: GROWERS SELLING OWN PRODUCE:
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any farmer, poultryman, vegetable gardener, or horticulturist selling, soliciting or peddling his own produce. This exemption shall not apply to any farmer, poultryman, vegetable gardener or horticulturist buying any goods, wares, or merchandise for resale. (Prior code § 41302:2)
