5.60.050: WHOLESALE SALESMEN AND AGENTS:
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to salesmen or agents for wholesale houses or firms who solicit orders from or sell to retail dealers for resale or to manufacturers or processors for manufacturing or processing purposes or to bidders for public works or supplies.
