5.36.070: DISTRIBUTORS REQUIRED TO USE LIST OF OBJECTORS:
It shall be the duty of each and every distributor of a newspaper or other matter referred to in section 5.36.050 of this chapter, to secure the monthly list of those objecting to its distribution and shall be held to have notice of such list as of the date such list is made available.
