5.32.320: SERVICE; NONCOMPLIANCE; EXCUSES:
The licensee shall operate its motorbuses in accordance with the agreed schedules, providing that such schedules need not be operated if the licensee be prevented from complying therewith by the elements, riots, strikes, court order or by other causes beyond the control of the licensee. (Prior code § 65503)
