5.32.310: SERVICE; CONFORMANCE:
Upon the issuance of a permit to the applicant and his acceptance of the same, such licensee is bound to perform the bus services according to the schedules, equipment, fares and conditions which were submitted by him to the city council and approved by that body. (Prior code § 65502)
