5.32.260: VEHICLES; DESIGN:
All motorbuses placed or maintained in service shall be neat and attractive in design and passenger accommodation, modern and up to date in all respects, including motive power, of safe construction and reasonably suited to operations contemplated by such permit. (Prior code § 65400)
