5.32.210: ROYALTIES; DUE DATE, COMPUTATION:
Payment of such one and one-fourth percent (1.25%) of the gross receipts shall be made in lawful money of the United States of America and shall be made monthly on or before the twentieth day of the calendar months based or computed on the gross receipts for the preceding calendar month. (Prior code § 65301)
