5.32.200: ROYALTIES; CITY PERCENTAGE:
Any person, firm or corporation so engaged in conducting or carrying on the business of transporting passengers for hire as provided under this chapter shall pay to the city a sum of money equal to one and one-fourth percent (1.25%) of the gross receipts that shall be derived from all of the operations of such business within the city. (Prior code § 65300)
