The licensee may cancel the permit and cease operating the motorbuses by giving thirty (30) days' written notice so to do, to the city; and in that event such cash bond may be withdrawn upon the expiration of such period, provided the licensee has fully and faithfully performed all the terms and conditions of such permit, otherwise such bond or bonds or money shall remain in full force and effect.
