5.32.110: PERMIT; NONTRANSFERABILITY:
Any purported or attempted sale, lease, assignment or transfer thereof, without such approval by the council shall be void and of no effect, and shall transfer none of the rights or privileges hereby granted. (Prior code § 65605)
