5.32.100: PERMIT; APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR ASSIGNMENT:
Licensee shall not sell, lease, assign or transfer any of the rights or privileges herein granted to it, unless such sale, lease, assignment or transfer shall have been approved by the city, by resolution of the council, duly adopted. (Prior code § 65604)
