5.28.150: VIOLATION:
In addition to any other penalties provided for in this chapter, any person who violates, or causes or permits the violation of, any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, or at the discretion of the city attorney, may be deemed guilty of an infraction, as the interests of justice warrant. (Ord. 2824, 2015)
