5.24.020: REGISTER; USE; LIGHTING OF PREMISES:

Such register shall be kept in a conspicuous place in the hotel, lodging or boarding house, and shall at all times be kept open for inspection; and all halls, stairs, and exits used in any such place shall be kept lighted between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of the following morning. (Prior code § 2332)
