18.230.100: MARKETING OF INCLUSIONARY UNITS:
Developer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to market the Inclusionary Units to eligible residents of the City of Redlands, consistent with the City's Inclusionary Housing Policies and Procedures. (Ord. 2959, 2023)
