5.12.130: REGISTRATION; RENEWAL BY COUNCIL UPON REVOCATION:
No certificate of registration shall be issued to any person who has had a certificate revoked pursuant to this chapter, except upon the applicant's applying to the city council and the city council's authorizing the issuance of the certificate. (Ord. 2457 § 1, 2000)
