Any alarm business registered with the police department shall immediately report to the chief any change of address or ownership of the business or the name of business, address of the manager of operations for the area which included the city. Any person registered with the police department as an alarm agent shall immediately report to the chief any change of address. Whenever any change occurs relating to the written information required by this section, the permittee shall give written notice of such change to the chief within five (5) calendar days.
