5.08.530: APPLICATION TO LOCAL BUSINESSES:
The provisions of this article shall not be deemed to apply to persons, firms or corporations operating such vehicles together and in conjunction with a fixed place of business within the city, for which such business a license is paid under other provisions of this chapter and chapter 5.04 of this title.
