5.08.500: EXEMPTIONS:
No license shall be charged for distribution of matter, advertising goods, wares, or merchandise stocked by regularly licensed merchants, advertising of churches, lodges, charitable or educational institutions, public organizations, political candidates or parties or notices prescribed by law. (Prior code § 2275)
