5.08.495: DISTRIBUTION OF HANDBILLS TO BE IN CODE COMPLIANCE:
All such handbills, circulars, posters, pictures, lithographs, maps, plates, samples or other forms of advertising are to be distributed in accordance with the regulations of the peddling, solicitation, and distribution of advertising ordinance of the city. (Prior code § 2274)
