A. Fee: For every person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of bill poster or advertising sign painting upon billboards or advertising by means of posting or otherwise affixing bills, signs, or other advertisements, the semiannual license shall be thirty seven dollars fifty cents ($37.50).
B. Real Estate Signs Exempt: Provided, that nothing herein contained shall be deemed as applying to owners of real estate or their agents, in advertising their property for sale or a lease by means of billboards located thereon. (Prior code §§ 2271, 2272)
