5.08.475: SHOOTING GALLERY:
   A.   Fee: For every person keeping, conducting or having charge of a shooting gallery, the license shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00) semiannually.
   B.   Permit: Provided that permission so to operate has been obtained from the city council. (Prior code §§ 2268, 2268.1, 2268.2)
