5.08.395: SALE OF MERCHANDISE IN BILLIARD OR POOL HALL OR BOWLING ALLEY:

The rates set out in sections 5.08.385 and 5.08.390 of this article shall not include the sale of goods, wares, or merchandise for which a license under article II of this chapter shall be required. (Prior code § 2261.3)
