5.08.325: EXEMPTION FOR OFFICIAL SALES:
No such license shall be required for selling any goods, at public sale belonging to the United States or the state of California, or for the sale of property by virtue of process issued by any state or federal court or of the assets of the estate of a decedent. (Prior code § 2253.2)
