5.08.320: AUCTIONEER; EXEMPTION FOR ESTABLISHED MERCHANT OR REALTOR:
Section 5.08.315 of this article shall not apply to persons auctioning goods, wares or merchandise of a regularly established merchant nor the real estate nor personal property of a resident of the city. (Prior code § 2253.1)
