For every person, firm or corporation conducting, managing or carrying on the business of auto livery, bus, taxi, cab, or other vehicle, for the transportation of passengers for hire, license for four (4) vehicles or less, twenty dollars ($20.00) semiannually and five dollars ($5.00) semiannually for each additional vehicle.
