Every person, firm or corporation selling or offering for sale, gasoline, oil, grease, tires, tubes, batteries, goods, wares, or merchandise from wagons, trucks, tankers or other vehicles, and not licensed under any other provision of this chapter and chapter 5.04 of this title, the license shall be twelve dollars ($12.00) semiannually.
