5.08.255: PACKINGHOUSE:

For every fruit packinghouse, buying, packing, shipping, or selling citrus or deciduous fruits or melons or other similar commodities, either for their own account or that of any other person, the license shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00) semiannually. (Prior code § 2247)
