5.08.250: NEWSPAPERS:
For every person, firm or corporation engaged in printing and publishing of any newspaper within the city, or for every agency for any newspaper not printed and published in the city, the license fee shall be nine dollars ($9.00) semiannually. (Prior code § 2246.1)
