5.08.125: SIX MONTH MINIMUM:
No license fee shall be accepted by the city's finance director or the director's designee under any of the provisions of article III of this chapter and this article IV for a period of less than six (6) months; and no license shall be issued under any of such provisions for a period of time of less than six (6) months. (Ord. 2718 § 9, 2009)
