There is hereby established a citizens' Measure T (2020) advisory committee to serve in an advisory capacity to the city council for the purpose of providing independent advisory review of the proposed expenditure of revenues generated by the city's transactions and use tax. For purposes of this chapter and its implementation, the committee established by this chapter may be commonly referred to as the "Measure T Advisory" or "Measure T Oversight" committee, with no distinction for legal purposes or otherwise.
