3.66.030: CHARGES:
Every person or entity whose premises in the City are served by the solid waste system of the City, whereby the solid waste is disposed of by the City, either through the facilities of the sanitary landfill owned by the City or otherwise, shall pay solid waste rates or charges as required by this chapter. (Ord. 2787, 2012: Ord. 2729 § 1, 2010)
