The following vehicles are exempt from the parking restrictions imposed pursuant to this chapter:
A. Vehicles in use for the construction or repair of any utility;
B. Vehicles engaged in official government business;
C. Vehicles from which persons or goods are being loaded or unloaded;
D. Vehicles engaged in construction, repairs, or similar services on property within the preferential parking zone; or
E. Emergency vehicles. (Ord. 2897 § 3, 2019)
