10.42.070: PERMIT DISPLAY:

Preferential parking permits for residents shall be prominently displayed and firmly attached to the left side of the rear bumper of the vehicle for which the permit was issued. Permits for visitors shall be prominently displayed either on the left side of the rear window of the vehicle or hanging from the interior rear view mirror. (Ord. 2897 § 3, 2019)
