19.12.010: NUMBER OF POINTS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE DEVELOPMENT ALLOCATIONS; CATEGORIES:

Each application for competitive evaluation of a major residential subdivision development ("project") shall be given a point rating pursuant to this chapter. A minimum total of ninety (90) points is required for any project to receive development allocations. The categories established in sections 19.12.030 through 19.12.070 of this chapter shall be used for awarding points to a project. (Ord. 2672 § 1, 2007)
