A. The director of community development shall prescribe the form of applications, notice and documents provided for or required under this chapter for the preparation and implementation of development agreements, consistent with the provisions of this chapter.
B. The director of community development may require an applicant for a development agreement to submit such information and supporting data as the planning commission, city council and other city departments to which the application is referred under this chapter consider necessary to process the application.
