18.212.200: SLOPES EXCEEDING TEN PERCENT ON TWO OR MORE LOTS:
When two (2) or more lots are graded and cut and fill slopes exceeding ten percent (10%) occur adjacent to lot lines other than permit boundaries and streets, the top of the slope shall be located at the lot line. (Prior code § 86303)
