18.212.190: PROHIBITED SLOPES:
No cut or fill slope shall be created which exceeds thirty feet (30') in vertical height, and any cut or fill slope which exceeds five feet (5') in height shall not exceed three hundred feet (300') in horizontal length, except slopes required for public streets may exceed three hundred feet (300') in length. (Prior code § 86302)
