18.204.050: PUBLIC HEARING; COMMISSION ACTION:
The planning commission shall review the proposed ordinance or amendment, as prepared by the planning department, and following the required public hearing shall file a written report of its recommendation with the city council. (Ord. 1000 § 51.11(C), 1955)
