18.204.020: PROCEDURES GENERALLY:

An amendment to the text of the ordinance codified in this section which imposes any regulation not heretofore imposed, or removes or modifies any such regulation heretofore imposed, shall be made in accordance with procedures provided by this section and sections 18.204.030 through 18.204.060 of this chapter. (Ord. 1000 § 51.11, 1955)
