18.140.110: CONSTRUCTION; COMPLETION GUARANTEE:
As a condition for approval, the commission may require a contract, with safeguards satisfactory to the city attorney, guaranteeing completion of the development plan. (Ord. 1000 § 52.22(F), 1955)
