18.138.010: PURPOSE:

The purpose for establishing the hillside ("HD") development district is to protect the public health, safety and general welfare in hillside areas of the city, preserve ridgelines and scenic vistas and implement the provisions of the city's general plan. (Ord. 2687 § 1, 2008)
